Delivery

We are offering free delivery on all blinds ordered by the 30/04/08 within the UK.

The delivery times given on our eshop are required on our quotes. Please note that if we specify 10 days it means 10 working days from the moment payment reaches our bank account (within 24 hours).

All of our blinds are made to measure and we would need time to make them and deliver. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year such as, Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter.

The made to measure blinds are made according to your sizes and therefore cannot be resold and you must agree before buying that the Distance Selling Regulations cannot apply to our sales agreement.

Redelivery charge:

If the courier has tried to deliver your order and has been unable to do so, a card will be left a card or a message on the phone. Arrangements for redelivery will be made. If, the customer has not contacted the courier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery we will apply a £10.00 redelivery charge.

There is no cancellation permitted once you are in receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline and cancel your order if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information.
